In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "jl1888," "we," "us," "our" refers to jl1888.club and its operators.
• "Platform" refers to the jl1888 website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services accessible at jl1888.club.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to a registered user account held with jl1888.

jl1888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm age and eligibility. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at jl1888's discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.

To use jl1888's real-money gaming services, you must register a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) jl1888 Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds therein.

You agree to:

jl1888 reserves the right to decline or suspend any Account registration at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons, in compliance with its anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl1888 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your Account details with any third party. Any activity occurring under your Account credentials is your responsibility.

jl1888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP verification) on your Account for additional security. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact jl1888 support immediately via live chat. jl1888 will never request your password via any channel.

All financial transactions on the jl1888 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl1888 supports the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and credit/debit cards.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification completion and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. jl1888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of jl1888.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl1888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond jl1888's reasonable control.

jl1888's total aggregate liability to any User for direct losses shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jl1888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

jl1888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Users via the Platform or by email to the registered address. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jl1888's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the applicable gaming regulator or competent courts of the Philippines.
